Not so far that I see, you might want to call many things going back to normal
They do a great job, like all restaurants/bars wear mask entering, bathroom and leaving, constantly disinfecting tables and gambling machines.
They have pizza, sandwiches, home cooked meals specials, soups, hot dogs hamburgers appetizers, french fries , Etc
