Nope. Progressive Athletics works with beginners all the time. All fitness levels are welcome.
Workouts are broken up into 3 parts. You start with a warm-up. Then you complete a strength portion where you do strength training. And you finish with a conditioning portion that gets your heart rate up.
Services range from $10 / session for personal group training - $80 / session for one on one personal training.
Progressive Athletics is located right of of Rt. 100. About 2 minutes away from Howard High School.
