Needed a last minute order for a baby shower and had to get it before the pick up time. Unfortunately my order wasn’t until 4pm and it was only 2pm but Barbra, Audrey, and Brittney prepared my order in minutes and had me out the store. Great customer service from all of them and did it with a smile! Will return for future orders!

HUGE selection. Clean store, well organized. Polite, helpful staff who greeted us upon entering & made us aware of current Helium shortage (in case we needed balloons!) Quick check out, knowledgeable staff. Great place!

As long as you have a receipt showing your purchase from party city, they will blow them up for you with no extra charge. Not sure about merchandise purchased from other vendors.

It's is actually open or just for deliver right now??
