Very discriminating place. Wish I got the woman's name. I had to take my mom to get her signature notarized on a paper that's in two languages, English being one of them and notary wouldn't sign it because she "didn't feel comfortable putting her stamp on it". It's a clear case of discrimination against US citizens who speak a different language. I had to give at least one star to write a review but she didn't deserve any stars.
