On May 5 I was told I needed a cap on one of my teeth. I worked with Dr Joy and Andrea to start this process. They both were AWESOME. The usually uncomfortable task of being numbed was painless as Dr Joy took time to numb my gum area before administering the shot - what a huge difference that made!! Andrea was AMAZING - I would highly recommend requesting her to get the fit for the cap - she worked diligently little by little getting the fit of the cap PERFECT. I cannot say enough about Dr Joy and Andrea - THANK YOU so much!!!

The dentist that I seen was awesome! He explained everything that was going on with my teeth in great detail. I felt very comfortable with him. I have no complaints what so ever. His assistant also was very friendly.

I was so pleasantly greeted at the grand dental Wilmington office today! Everyone seemed friendly and happy to be at work. Karen took my X-rays and was so outgoing, friendly, and caring to my needs! I would highly recommend this office to anyone that’s looking for a new dentist.
