Very upsetting, I have been speaking to David about purchasing a 2016 GMC Canyon on the lot. They sent me the purchase price since I was going through my own bank for a loan. I live in Indiana so purchasing a vehicle over text is very hard. Dave was helping me through it. When I asked them to lower it 800.00 so I could purchase it I got no response. When my bank today told me I was approved I reached out to David at 9:00 he told me he would be in at 11:00 at 12:53 I had to reach out to him again by text saying I was ready to purchase the truck. He said the truck was in process of being sold then the next text was "Sold Sorry" to me I believe if I wanted you to reach out to me about a vehicle be a man of your word. Waiting just those few hours was the crucial part. Having to set up arrangements to get a rental car to get there and having to cancel was all due to the dealers ability to get back with me on arrival to work. Wishing it would have been another salesman to have help me cost me the truck I was needing. Be cautious, be aware, know the reason of customer service.

Always have had good experiences with this dealership although so far have just had to have oil changes. One time I had them detail my car and I did not get my money’s worth ($180.00). I think all they did was wash it and the windows were terrible. Will not have them detail for me again I got ripped off!

I waited a very long time for a part to be repaired on my brakes. However, Ed was kind and tried to help the long time problem. I bought this 2021 Equinox at this dealership, and to be honest, I was very disappointed that after all the time I waited, that my car was not detailed this time. Detailed, you ask request? Not at all. My immediate detail was so bad,, I should have left it.. From day one, as I got in the brand new car, I instantly came back in to tell of the odd fishy smell. Also, my dashboard was full of fuzz and dust on day one. I called later that day because my father told me to bring it back. The man that sold me the car explained that the problem was that kids detail and probably wax was put on it. So, I always have problems with the interior, and it doesn't have the clean sleek inside appearance as my 2015 Equinox. I can go on and on. I wanted this midnight edition for a long time, I really don't care for it now. New cars should be easy and pretty, not my case. Most employees are great and kind. Some are snobby and rude.
