Mind blowingly good coffee and pastries!! The coffee roast was perfect!! The sweetness in the Napoleon, the almond cookie and the Palmier was exquisite! The shop itself is very well ventilated, and the folks who run it are extremely pleasant! This will be a regular stop now!

I ordered a birthday cake from this place on Wednesday July 20. I requested specific decorations, in specific colors. And writing to say happy birthday to the birthday man. Total price $42. Went to pick it up Thursday and it was ready on time - but the flowers were the wrong colors, and had melted and slid down the side a bit, looking nothing like flowers anymore. The writing looked like a child did it. I could have done a better job myself. The two employees there said the chef was gone, and they couldn’t do anything. They did have another cake like it, but they couldn’t even write on it. They were clueless on anything except serving and paying. And the back up cake was too small for the number of people we had. I suggested they scrape off the flowers and place a few colorful macarons over where the flowers were. They agreed, at no extra charge, and it did look much better. In the end the cake was delicious. But I won’t be going back here. The place itself is dirty, messy, not inviting at all. The case had debris, old crumbs, smears on the glass. The parking lot is hard to maneuver, with the only exit marked “no exit”. The whole experience felt off, unpleasant.

Best macarons, huge variety of flavors. Always good experience, every one there is super nice. I like also Pain Aux Raisins and Gallette Des Rois ( king cake ) Zappolies are good and deffinatly better than other. Only suggestion I have is to give better quantity price for Zappolies when you buy 6 and 12

I've been visiting this establishment frequently over the last few months. I've been pushing off this review for awhile now because everytime I go, I find something else that makes this place AMAZING and I haven't found the time to sit down and Yelp. LOL. 1. Customer service: Absolutely fantastic. There is a younger crowd that works here, and they have some of the best customer service skills I've seen in a long time. Any business would be lucky to have these people on their team. Always HAPPY to take your order, answer any questions, and make sure you're comfortable at this establishment. There’s one girl in particular, LEXI, that has outstanding customer service. The first time I came here she greeted me with the biggest smile and friendliest voice, made me feel like I was visiting a friend at work and they were happy to see me. Great feeling. Lexi and the rest of the staff is a huge part of the reason why I keep coming back. 2. Overall feel: This is one of the only places I will visit alone. I feel so comfortable coming here by myself and I normally only sit down somewhere if im with someone. So, if you're looking to take yourself out on a first date, this is a great place to start. Cozy place, great food and friendly staff. 3. Food donations?: One of the times I was visiting by myself, I noticed someone came in to pick up food donations. I thought that it was so generous and great that they do this, mainly because most corporate chains like Dunkin Donuts just throw out the extra food when someone in need could be eating it. I would love if the business owner could reply to let the community know more about this interaction that I saw occur. 4. Food: Obviously the friendly staff alone is not what keeps me coming back. The food is DELICIOUS. Here are the items that I suggest trying: Chicken salad sandwich on a croissant, bacon egg and cheese - croissant, pain aux raisins, fruit tarte pastries, garden salad w chicken salad. 5. The Cost: $ - Prices that make me happy and happy enough to through down a fat tip. If im going to spend my money anywhere this is the place. IT COST LESS THAN YOUR AVERAGE FAST FOOD PLACE. To go to Mc Donald's, it’s $12 for a nugget meal with fries and a drink. Garbage chemical food. To come here, it cost $12 for a chicken salad sandwich, chips, a drink, AND a big cookie. It’s great food, good for you, and you're supporting a local business. Love this place and as a community we need to support these small businesses to keep them running!
