Living in New York for the past 4 years it’s tough to manage and organize my mail between moving apartments and being home to receive deliveries. That being said, the team at this location, specifically Cesar, Neil, Ryan, and Robert have all been MVPs in always taking care of my mail/packages, large or small, with my UPS mailbox. Shipping is a breeze and and since I’ve signed up at this location a year ago, have lost zero mail. The employees work different shifts but communicate as a team making coordination and tracking even easier. They’ll always go above and beyond and treat all customers with respect and patience as postal services can often feel like a trip to the DMV. I live in Brooklyn now but continue to keep my mailbox because of the team here at the 348 57th st location.
