Yes it’s certainly pricey in parts but it’s amazing to see so many things stuffed into such a small space. Go left past the vegetables and the store expands to huge aisles full of everything you may want. The front is mostly for quick things you can grab and go with; the back is the main “grocery” section. Never in my life have I seen so many unsustainable awful factory produced items right alongside beautiful locally sourced sustainable goods… it’s such an odd mix! That’s my main critique of this place. Let go the junk mainstream brands and factory farmed meat and dairy. You aren’t Walmart. This place still gets 5 stars from me though for being so well stocked! It’s on a charming block as well. Very safe.

Waverly price gouge's! They've taken advantage of the health crisis and the current economy as an opportunity to charge $8 for a small box of Cheerios, over $5 for jumbo eggs, over $8 for a gallon of milk to name a few products. Prices and expiration dates aren't clear and easy to see! We shop at other stores like Trader Joe's and Costco which is not as convenient as shopping at Waverly but their prices are way more reasonable. I am writing this review in solidarity for those who do not have the ability to travel longer distances for their basic groceries. Shame on you Waverly.
