An older property but very clean and well run, with a laundry mat inside. Great place when you are visiting the area and need to do laundry mid vacation road trip. I would highly recommend.

Solid hotel on the edge of Carbondale. You get about what you would expect. Rooms and hotel were clean, staff at the front desk were nice, breakfast was serviceable. The Roaring Fork River out back makes for a surprisingly wonderful view and backyard area. Only negatives were that the bathrooms were small, elements of the room were a bit dated, and the A/C was a bit on the loud side.

The woman behind the front desk was so rude to me. When I asked her for a student discount, she said if you need a cheaper price go to a cheap motel, ( she did not even say I'm sorry we don't have). They need to hire polite staff for this position as a receptionist. Treat ppl as you want to be treated and be nice to others. Even if the place is good, the bad treatment from the staff makes the experience bad.
