I have been a member for 15+ years. Although the staff is very friendly and professional I am seriously thinking about switching banks. This credit unions technology is horrible. The newer banking app that is supposed to be modern and more convenient is awful. I was told when it came out that mobile deposits made before 2pm on business days would hit my account the same day. That is not the case. Now they are saying two business days! It is faster to go to the bank and deposit to get the money in your account instantly. It is very inconvenient for me to keep running to the bank running a small business. Waiting for these checks to clear with this app is not convenient. I have been loyal to this bank but with the technology being dinosaur age along with waiting for the mobile app deposits to hit my account is also very frustrating when they told me one thing and it is the total opposite.
