If you are a cna looking for work this is not the place. I spoke with Joann for an interview and she was very rude, condescending and unprofessional. Horrible first impression which is always a red flag as an aid looking to work. There is a way to treat people with respect like you would like to be treated. Stay away!

The resident ambassador program is absolutely amazing!!!! Genny is so so kind and so sweet and an absolute amazing person to work with!!! She is super good at her job and so good with the residents!!

I’m writing this review on my husbands account. My name is Valerie Chuop. I’ve spent almost every day here with my grandma the past several months to help her adjust to her new situation. I’ve observed a lot. Overall, the staff are all so kind and hardworking. But I do think they are understaffed. The ambassador team is great—they get the 5 stars. They talk and spend time with the residents. Treat them like their own family—special and important. Jennie is so so compassionate. I personally watched her spend time with a few of the residents that were my grandmas roommates and it gave me a lot of comfort knowing the residents get love shown to them. She makes them laugh and keeps them company! The recreation team are so great with the residents make sit very fun with each activit they come up with and shows each resident so much love! The cafeteria team has been so good with my grandmas diet of purée lactose free and no butter. Her floor and room gets cleaned daily. Which is great. As for the rest of LW (nurses and aids) they are incredibly understaffed. The people that work here are VERY kind AND VERY hardworking and I’ve gotten to know many of them over the past several months, but they can only do so much. If LW just hired more permanent people on each floor I think the environment would be a lot more comfortable and enjoyable for the residents and also the staff.
