They have good food but it seems like the portions are getting smaller. Their drive through is also kinda slow but I'll still continue to go back.

Good food but I can't call it fast food today...been waiting 15 minutes in drive through line

I would give Arby's a 5 star, however, it seems that lately the waiting time has been much longer then it should be. I mean 5 - 10 minutes I can handle but today for example 25 minutes just isn't acceptable. Last time we ate there with so many cars believe 8 in line I thought go inside be maybe couple min faster. Boy was I wrong. Again watching the time after already standing there for at least 5 minutes it was 23 minutes, so that be 28 min. Way to long. Arby's what's going on. Needless to say wouldn't a free sandwich be nice for next visit for you customers especially after I still rang your bell. Ty

My family appreciates how every time we come the food is hot, tasty and the orders are accurate! This last visit I came through after church with my daughter and waited in line. When we got to the window Katie let me know they put fresh sides down and would be another minute before they were done. Very friendly employee who made my daughter laugh and has great customer service skills. Thank you for your help! Always appreciate great service, quality hot food and friendly employees!
