Was on a party bus for a wine tour. As a guest with bladder issues, I understand my friend who set up the bus insured a bathroom for the guest of honor and myself. Greg then canceled the bathroom bus the night before claiming it “broke down”. My friend paid extra for a bathroom and wasn’t getting it, but accepted the situation calmly. Unfortunately, the bus company didn’t deliver and then sent a coach (?) bus rather than a party bus. My friend did try to remedy the situation but got screamed at by the owner. The man driving the bus, Joe, could not have been kinder trying to handle the situation…we knew it wasn’t his fault this happened. We watched my friend cry trying to fix the situation as the owner Greg screamed threatening to cancel the trip. (screamed so loud you could hear it through her phone) As someone who had hired Camelot for their wedding, I’d recommend them over this company for a wedding for any special event. They upgraded me for free & were way nicer and easier to deal with.

This company is unbelievably horrible. My friend specifically booked a bus with a bathroom and paid extra for that bus. She was contacted the day before that the bus “broke down” and they tracked down a bus as a replacement. Without notice, a coach bus shows up. We call and Greg starts berating her, calls her unreasonable, and threatens to cancel the bus all together on the morning of the event. On Long Island, there is a plethora of limo companies available for wine and brewery tours and this company is NOT WORTH IT.

Do not trust this company with any special event! We booked a winery tour *party bus* out East for a surprise birthday party. We specifically booked this company because they assured me we could have a bathroom on board if we had at least 21 guests. Not only did our bus not have a bathroom on board but it wasn't even the right type of bus! 1. Bathroom: Less than 24 hours before our scheduled tour we were told we would be getting a bus without a bathroom even though I have multiple emails confirming we would get a bus with a bathroom. We were upset but at least there was some notice before our pickup. They also offered a partial nominal refund for the bathroom because they said there were no buses available at all with bathrooms for us. 2. Party bus: What they didn't tell us was that we were not longer getting a party bus they sent us a coach bus! When the bus pulled up I called Gold Star Limo to complain and get a price reduction because this wasn't remotely what we ordered. Greg- I think he's an owner- yelled at me and threatened to have the bus drive off even though all 22 of my guests were present and on time. I have booked wine tours multiple times through other companies and never had an issue and never written a negative review about a company before. But this company is absolutely awful and you should all stay away.

My friends and I were so pleased with our Annual Winery Bus Trip with Gold Star Limousine. The Limo bus was clean and comfortable . A special thank you to our driver, JOEY . He was prompt, professional, kind and so accommodating. This is our second time doing business with your company and I look forward to working with you again in the future.
