Back in 2012, my husband and I visited Villa Bellezza while on vacation for our 10th wedding anniversary. We tried some wines and wanted to choose a special bottle to save for our 20th anniversary. The helpful staff suggested a bottle and we took it home to live in our wine rack for the next decade. Today, we pulled that bottle out to share for our 20th year together. (We made it!) The wine we chose back in 2012 was Banco 2011 Red Wine. It was worth the 10 year wait! The sweet grape is very forward, but as the wine sits on the tongue, the roasty oak comes through. There's something that lingers after swallowing...tannins, coffee? I'm no wine expert by any stretch, but I know when my taste buds are thrilled, and they were! This is an excellent, full-bodied wine, and it has aged well. 🍷😉

Unexpected place for the location near lake Pepin where nothing is around there or the proximity and for a good reason. The less developed the better. Interesting place and it’s good that there is a cafe onsite. Food was ok nothing spectacular it terms of taste.

It's Christmas Market season Saturdays & Sundays in November and December! There's a nice little selection of vendors in the piazza and Great Hall, plus an extra food station in the Great Hall. Il Forno is also open for sit-down meals, but …So glad you enjoyed your visit to "Tuscany" and that you found some wines you enjoyed. Phenomenal spot! First wines I've had from the Midwest area that I found to be highly drinkable. Love La Crescent and Cotes de Pepin(amongst others). …Grazie, Lamar! So glad you enjoyed your time at Villa Bellezza. We hope you will plan another visit soon.

The featured wine offers a complimentary tasting, then $5 for 5 tastes. Pet friendly on the patio. Tours on weekends @ 11:30, call to reserve a spot.
You can take pics but it is a place of business. A few pics here and there is appropriate but not a full on photo shoot. People do bring their kids but I wouldn't say it is kid friendly as it is still a winery! Wine bottles range anywhere from around $16 to $40. Hope this helps! Such an amazing place and the wine is so so good!
