Dr. Sood seemed very nice. He told me he was going to start doing Flowonix Pumps in the next few weeks and would call me the second he was ready. That was 4 years ago. Never heard from him again. So basically he's a liar and didn't have the class to call and tell me he lied about taking me on as a patient. Dr. Shalmi from his Westchester office is even worse. Called and canceled my appointment the day before it after waiting a month. Lied and said he didn't do pain pumps when he does my friends who has the same brand as me. Another doctor to scared to take an actual sick patient because they're to sick.

So I went to Dr Sood he was recommended highly by my neurologist the first time I saw him we would like to put a game plan in action the second third time for time when I asked to be booked for Dr Sood I didn’t get back to Dr Sood he said to me personally when you get down to 2520 mg call me and if you get uncomfortable I will tell the girls at the front desk note in there that I will see you right away I have been going down and going down on my medicine for an appointment today once again I booked with Dr Sood and he did not see me and he reneged on everything he had told me

How does someone with such horrid reviews, and a state investigation completed on him ( probably not just 1) , still have the ability to practice! My father has Died while under his care because of his negligence to be a decent human being and the greed and love of Money! This man is disgraceful and is a horrendous example of a health care provider and all around Human Being !!! Please protect your love ones and find a new doctor , he aint it!!!!

Problem #2 with Dr Sood, medical records and office notes reflect a preliminary examination. He NEVER examined my husband!! He's dismissive and rude.
