Since it's been a while that I have lived in my apartment, my kitchen cabinets had paint and wood peeling off and my kitchen was looking a bit outdated so I began thinking about renovating the entire kitchen instead of just replacing the cabinets. After searching on google for the best kitchen renovation company in NYC, I found NYKB which was the company with the most years of experience in the industry. I decided to give them a call and they invited me to come to visit their beautiful showroom downtown to discuss the expenses and the materials of the project, as well as what the process would entail. I knew exactly what I wanted my new kitchen to look like so I showed some pictures from a kitchen I saw on Instagram to their designer, Ana, and she helped me pick out the right tiles, cabinets, and materials that would be suitable for the kitchen. After our meeting, Ana created a 3D drawing based on our discussion and the items we picked and walked me through how the project is going to be managed. Once the project started, Giovanny, the project manager was always at the scene, making sure everything was going as planned. Every time I had any concerns, I texted Giovanny and he responded right away with the professionalism and made sure the problem was fixed! Although we had some bumps along the way with the whole process (that's how any construction is), I truly recommend NYKB! I have received endless compliments from all my guests - My dream kitchen is perfect!!!

I've wanted to renovate my bathroom last year and was looking through Yelp reviews to find the right company. I've done my research and after a suggestion from my neighbor who renovated their whole apt, I reached out to NYKB through their website for a free consultation. I've had two other consultations from two different companies and although NYKB was the most expensive one, Sharon, the NYKB designer explained the project thoroughly and patiently and seemed like the most professional. Sharon helped with the selection of finish materials and was creating detailed 3D drawings that were so easy to see and understand pre-construction images. When the project starts Troy, the project manager was always there to check the progress, if the work is done correctly and on time. Troy was always available to discuss my concerns and comments. Overall, I truly recommend NYKB as I'm extremely satisfied with the outcome. Thank you NYKB team!!!

We couldn't be happier with the quality of our NYKB bathroom renovation and the professional services of our designer Sharon Ben Shushan and our contractor Mike Marzullo. They turned our small, dark space into a bright, elegant bathroom, working around numerous quirks in our pre-war apartment to deliver exactly what we wanted. Mike and his crew showed up on time every day and worked quickly but carefully to finish the project on time. NYKB may cost more than some other places, but you get what you pay for, and they delivered a high-end, no-corners-cut renovation that we love.

Although it took longer than anticipated because Covid held up delivery of my appliances, working with NYKB was well worth the wait. They handled everything, beginning with the complicated process of working with the managing agent of my Brooklyn condo until the work was completed, making certain everything was perfect and to my liking by the project’s end. I came to NYKB with sketches of what I wanted and Ana did a wonderful job of executing the design. When the materials I chose were outside my budget Ana came up with alternatives that I liked more than what I originally chose. She steered me towards suppliers who NYKB had a relationship with, resulting in competitive prices on everything from the appliances to the hardware without compromising service or style. My project manager Michael was on top of the job every step of the way. He kept me up to date, explaining the process to me, including what to expect and how long it would likely take. On the one occasion when a problem arose it was resolved without any extended discussion or hassle. I always knew who was coming, when they were coming and the work they were going to do when they were there. Any question I had was answered in a timely manner and more importantly in a way that was easy for me to understand. The cabinet maker and his crew did an outstanding job. They were professional, respectful of my home and belongings. Before demolition they set up barriers between my open kitchen and living space to minimize the dust and debris. At the end of each work day the kitchen and surrounding area was vacuumed from top to bottom. Most importantly, I cannot say enough about the quality of their work and the respect they demonstrated towards my building staff and me. The end result is a kitchen that I absolutely love! It is everything I could have imagined and hoped for, the work came in at budget without surprise extra costs and was done in a timely manner. I recommend them highly and without reservation.
