Christ, you would think if they’re working a public service job they’d be a lot nicer. There’s just a bunch of _____ who work here and give you an attitude just for seeking help. It’s frustrating, I hope they NEVER have to be on the other side because then they’ll know how it feels to be treated with such disrespect for wanting justice and help.

I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star that’s how disgraceful they are I called to ask a simple ? the rudeness and how they speak to someone is so unprofessional and will bring you out your character I decided to let her know how rude she was and hung up. Waterbury higher ups really need to be responsible for the staff who handle the public you would think with all the bad reviews they would try to retrain/educate (O that’s right they educated a joke!) there staff great customer service. No one is accountable in Waterbury this is why they get away with what they do! No moral ethics, no integrity, no value, on human life.

No payments at all. When I found him and reported it I was told that they have no order from Missouri, where it originated, yet I get a monthly letter from them telling me no support on my case.
