Avoid this place like the plague. To be informed, consider reading this review. Long story short, no one has any idea what they're doing. To do anything simple, they will mess up, and expect being on the phone a lot or coming in person a lot when you want to do something simple like change a payment amount or pay out the loan in full. I actually wonder if this establishment has purposefully made it impossible to pay out loans in full so you stay paying them interest for as long as possible. I had a small car loan taken out about 2 years ago on the same website portal as my dad, to give context. So I got a loan, and the interest wasn't too bad, and that's great. Now let's get to ease of access. I had to return shortly after taking the loan out to simply change the bank account that the money is being taken out of, and change the amount that is being put towards the loan. They assured me everything was all set (it was not). Not only did they take money out of the wrong bank account, but somehow tripled the amount. So I had to go back there AGAIN, but there hours are so strange so it's impossible to ever get there in person. and when you decide to call on the phone, it's like opening pandora's box, you never know what you're gonna get. Someone will give you a different answer every time you call. So great, we fixed the payments, after a lot of going back and forth and different answers from every employee there - it's clear they have no idea what they're doing. Now I wanted to completely pay off the loan in full. I went to do it on the online portal, and when you try to, it gives an error and says I have to come in person. So I tried calling, I was told I can't do a payout on the phone. Then I called again, and someone told me I could do a payout in person. So we handled it and my loan was paid off... Wrong. They used the wrong bank account AGAIN. So I had to call them, again, and figure out what on Earth they did, even though I spelled out for them what to do. Ok well great, now it's all handled and the loan is paid off. WRONG. They somehow CREDITED MY BANK ACCOUNT the loan amount. Talk about not knowing what you're doing. I told them if there was an issue, they can call me. So I waited it out a week or so and it looks like someone finally realized they messed up, and I got a double withdrawal from my bank account and now, yes, you guessed it, the loan is paid off. Now, I wonder how badly they'll mess up with sending me the title to the car. Glad it's over. This easily would have been a 5 star review if they just were all on the same page and knew what they were doing. Whoever is managing these people, get one of your employees to go work at a place like apple for a few months, then have them come back. Apple's training will do them some good. Good luck with your establishment.

I was like sitting in the waiting area where there are chairs, in clear view of the platform employee and she let me wait sitting and she asked me "if I was sitting there because I needed help"? Dah, I said to her! Of course! I like going to Meriden Rd, waterbury,ct they are quick on service!

The storm caused State offices to open at 10 or 11am. My guess is that they are opening late.
