Everyone was friendly and professional throughout an unpleasant procedure.

After a bad experience at HHC’s New London facility, we were very impressed with their Norwich GoHealth Urgent Care center. We made an appointment and were taken in before our scheduled time. The staff was professional and caring and a prescription was sent to our local pharmacy. Unfortunately, our pharmacy didn’t have the medicine in stock. Not knowing what to do, I called Norwich GoHealth and spoke with Tiffany. She was incredible. She called our pharmacy then called us back, explaining how to get the medicine from another near-by pharmacy. We now have the medicine and my wife is already feeling better. Thank you Norwich GoHealth and Tiffany, you’ve restored our faith in the health care system!
