Cheryl the gm was very rude and seemed to care more about making her life easier than helping guests. There are a lot of Hotels in Fort Collins pick one with better customer service is my recommendation. Stayed next door at holiday inn express and it was a delight especially after dealing with a Karen like Cheryl!!

We usually enjoy our stays here but not this time. Dirty room when we arrived, A/C barely worked, lumpy bed and pool area took our breath away with the strong chemical smell. I hope this was just an isolated incident!? We will most likely give them another try.

My friends and I came in pretty late last night and we needed a room. Faithe, at the front desk, was super sweet as she hooked us up with a room! She was super helpful and made sure we were taken care of! We also enjoyed our short stay. Everything was clean and we were very pleased!

Highly recommend this hotel! Clean and quiet rooms with great internet access. Close to restaurants and amenities. The manager Cheryl is very friendly and helpful as were all other employees I interacted with.
