We were in town for the funeral of our father. The staff was very accommodating and kind. It was nice to have connecting rooms. We were a big group and we wanted quick access to each other. The snow covered grounds were beautiful in the height of winter. Breakfast was good.

Great little suites, great pool and breakfast!! Everybody got to eat breakfast, which is difficult due to allergies, preferences, dairy intolerance, etc... we all got full. Slept great and everybody that worked there was so helpful.

We would highly recommend this hotel ! We brought our dog from Arizona to go to the CSU Flint Vet hospital and the hotel staff was always caring and kind always asking how our dog was doing and visited with him ! They made us feel at home! Every staff member is professional, friendly and helpful! They go the extra mile to make your visit comfortable! The hotel is very clean from the hallway, dining room to the rooms! We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone you can't go wrong and you are treated very well !

Thank you so much for the wonderful staff who went above and beyond to make sure I had just the right room that I needed to host my son and grandkids for Christmas dinner. Trisha at the front desk was not going to stop until she got us into the perfect room to fit our needs. She personally inspected the room before she moved us in. Who does that? Well, clearly Trisha! The staff in the dining area who prepared breakfast and kept things clean and tidy were amazing and friendly as well. We rode up the elevator with a young woman whom I'm assuming was head of housekeeping who I'm sure was crazy busy on Christmas Eve. She was so friendly and welcoming even for our short one floor trip. They made Christmas away from home feel like we where at home.
