Don't bother showing up earlier than your appointment, they will not take you. With that being said, they are very fast to get you into a duck and unload you. About 30 minutes to unload full trailer. I just wish they worked out something logistically to accommodate early drop-offs. They have plenty of space and staff to do so.

Checkin was efficient. The clerk needed the packing slip from the trailer to check me in. I arrived 45 mins early and they got right on me. You have to slide tandems, chock both tires, wait inside and give your keys to the unloader.
