Hurricane warning came and they closed the branch here in Lakeland for hurricane without telling anyone. The weather was not bad yet there was no reason!!!! They told me I had to drive it to Orlando or pay to keep it until Monday. So my husband (who has really bad heart problems and has been in the hospital repeatedly for months) and I had to drive all the way to Orlando MCO to return the car. It took me 6 hours because of hurricane craziness. I will not use this place again.

Amazing.. friendly staff.. I dreaded going in here because of past bad experiences.. but these two associates (bad with names) a young girl at the front counter and a nice gentleman in the corner made me feel at home!!!

To reserve a vehicle without a major credit card, contact the local office directly. At the time of rental, a debit card must be presented with available funds, in the renter's name.
