Headed north on a family riding trip and my husband ended up with a bad ignition coil. We knew finding parts for an older (2002) sled at the last minute would be tough but Beaver Bay sports went out of their way to help us and got us up and running so our trip was still a success! We r9de the trail down and found that even though the store hours posted on Google said it would be open.. it was not... Not sure if this was a one off.. but we planned a ride to stop by.. so I woukd just call to make sure it's open.Sorry our website says call for hours, we were there 9:15 til 2 yesterday We try to please everyone Thanks for the comment

I had a couple issues with my aging Honda outboard. These guys diagnosed the problems, fixed them faster than they promised, and coordinated with me on when I could pick up my boat. Can't ask for more than that!
