Had my hair done at Ulta Beauty not to my liking. Her name is Jessica. She highlighted my hair in the past. The first time she did a great job. The second time I couldn’t tell the highlights and she didn’t offer to reduce. Also my husband gave me a necklace. She when cutting my hair buzzed it off. She didn’t even offer to replace it. I go elsewhere to do my hair now

Depends on the lady who cuts ur hair. Most of the women there charge between $42-$45. But it's includes a full wash with big brand soap and blow-dry with hairspray and heat resistant type sprays.
