I was verbally attacked when bringing my Moms coat in, after loosing my Dad to Covid. My Dad had been with me when I made Moms coat into a vest and hood. I picked up my coat, it looked great, but the man wanted to start a fight again about my suposed lack of care for the coat. All I wanted was my mother's coat made into a jacket and hood. I would never go back, as it was totally unpleasant, and scary.

Just went in to see if it was worth turning an old fur coat into a blanket. The person was knowledgeable and honestly in telling me the coat was not worth the money to transform it. He also showed me a number of things to look for and explained how he likes to use the whole of the coat so no piece goes unused.
