I was told by a corporate tire place that I had a nail in my sidewall. I called Jerry’s and they ordered my tire and it was there within 2 hours. I went in and they had me pull up and started working on changing it out. The technician came to my window and asked who told me it was in my sidewall. He said it was not and repaired it!! This is what it should be. Honest and efficient work. Thank you Jerry’s!

Excellent service! We had an emergency with a nail in our tire and needed to drive back to Fort Lauderdale today. Called Firestone and they said it would be 2 to 3 hours. Called Jerry’s and they said come on over and fixed it right away. No waiting, excellent customer service!

We got ourselves into a very stressful situation and they got us out of it in 20 minutes! Everybody there was happy and willing to help. Wish I could give them ten stars. Also make sure while your there to meet Lug nut their resident cat who moved in as a stray years ago and has made it his home ever since. Awesome place!

Yes I would call ahead especially during busy season. They are very accommodating though. I called on Friday for a Saturday appointment

Yea they are busy this time of year sooner or later they will answer, thats only complaint i have during this time of year with them also.
