Good service. While rooms are a bit dated, it was clean and accommodating for our stay.

Positive: Staff: they were friendly, and they allowed us to bring our cat in for $20 despite a no pet policy. They also let us change rooms because the room smelled like cigarettes. Negative: The worst part was the smell/air quality. It was awful. My husband and I both felt sick in the morning (sore throat/ congestion). I woke up at around 5am and had to get out, so I went to the car and waited for my husband and son to wake up.

I’m pretty upset because I booked a room for this weekend to attend a dog show at the fair grounds. I was under the impression that my room was pet-friendly (I am bringing my show dog. Ie, extremely well behaved, trained, and crated when I am gone). I called to verify that dogs are allowed and was told over the phone that I could not bring her even though the website I booked through claimed they are pet-friendly. I will have to resort to traveling back and forth from Colorado Springs to Wyoming over the course of the weekend which I am extremely unhappy about as it will cost a lot of time and money to do so. I will never recommend this hotel, branch, or franchise to anyone that I know, and will highly recommend against booking here.

The couple working there are very nice. We got a baggie full of fresh fruit, a yogurt & a mini pie for breakfast the next morning. The whole building is kind of run down & needs major updating! Everything is super old & outdated. The rooms were clean & the bed was fairly comfortable. Feels kind of like a sketchy place, we won't be staying there again. The shower has great water pressure, though! Lol
