It is not so much a "park", as it is an open picnic spot at the edge of the Fox river. It also serves as a pit stop for joggers and bikers because the paved trail along the river runs through this park, but it has bathrooms and a drinking fountain so that's understandable. We took our breakfast from Allouze Cafe and ate under the covered shelter and enjoyed the beautiful view of the river. FYI: the only place to park is a parking lot half a block away...you have to walk in the grass along the road to get to park. Worth it though!
