We decide to walk in and eat inside, I always said the first impression said it all?? The store is filthy, floors trashed ♻️ The cashier takes her time to take our order, a lot of water or soda marks on the floor were nasty. I went just to try the new birria tacos, very disappointed with the birria was half empty? The tacos were cold, can't believe I paid $9.00 Also, I ask mash potatoes guess what, yea the order was wrong!! Did I receive macaroni & cheese and beans? Now is the question? Can I call the location 📍? I hope they will answer Very disappointed customer.

The line here is like McDonald's or in-n-out. The drive thru gets backed up, but it's worth it. Best Pollo Loco in the valley. Be aware of late in the day, they might run out of your fav item, but their stuff is always fresh made.

What a great place to get food, I used to go almost every single day, I tried almost all of their dishes they were all good, I definitely recommend it to everyone but if u don't wanna be on long wait line better don't go at lunch time, it gets really crowded and there's not enough seats for all. Good and healthy food!! 😆
