This company is not what it once was. Customer service has tanked and it seems like management just doesn't care. Issues that should be quickly resolved (credit disputes, overpayments, paying off loans in advance) require multiple phone calls or showing up in person (fun stuff in a covid environment) just to be resolved. 24/7 support is also unavailable meaning your emergency has to wait until the next day. While it seems if you post a poor review someone from marketing will reach out to help rectify the situation, it's unfortunate that it even has to get to that point. one of the worst you always have to wait !!! whether you go in or use the ATM ! you can go to the 3 closest ones and they are always full ! and not for good bank ! people like me who opened account and we don't know about the bad service.
