Good prices & fabric variety

I was thrilled to have this store close home , there is a decent variety of fabrics , art/craft supplies and even sewing machines . They could have used their space batter and have a larger variety of fabrics , but this is not the main problem with this store . The man cutting the fabric on the second floor , has a very unpleasant demeanor . He doesn’t offer any help , he is sitting there checking his phone and ignoring people . I asked him for 2 yards of a fabric and he seemed extremely bothered by the interruption, please read the other reviews and do something about this person’s behavior. There is another store selling fabrics a few feet away , so I won’t be coming back here . This screenshot is from your social media and this is the person I’m talking about at your Fordham location

I have never felt so unwelcomed at a store before. This particular store located at Fordham, Bronx. I visited the place looking for fabric and from that first moment in which I wanted guidance and information (I am not knowledgeable) and what's treated with total disrespect by a female at the register (who appeared to be annoyed) and thinking back, I should have followed my instincts and just ran out of there. But, I proceeded to go upstairs where I was greeted with more annoyance. Absolutely no one wanted to work or help. At the end, after my complaining, a man sort of responded to my questions but again with an annoyed face. No manners whatsoever. Definitely no customer service etiquette. People like that should work at a warehouse or place with no human contact. I give two stars because I liked some of the craft items, but I will never visit or recommend to anyone. Worst experience I ever had.

i can only give the store two stars, first i was really disappointed in the lack of fabric choices for a "fabric store" for the size of the store they should really pack it in and use the space they have , the staff is super friendly , the discounted bins are pretty good, otherwise i wish they carried a lot more fabric , the Fordham fabric spot under the train station has wall to wall fabric for the tiny space they have and the selection is good. prices are ok
