Worst experience ever. I went to see a car but they told me that one of the manager had the key which is totally fine because i went without an appointment. But i still looked at the car and i liked it and i made an appointment for the following week. The day of my appointment i called Joel Becerra(my salesperson) to asked him if the car was still there and if it was ready because i live in NJ and it was a 2 hour drive and i did not wanted to waste my time and my money. He said yes, that everything was ready, that he had the key and everything. So when i got there he told me that he was busy and asked another guy to take care of me but then the other guy was looking for the car keys and did not find it and then he told me that the car was getting serviced. Therefore, thats when i realized that Joel did not want to take care of me that day because he knew the car was not ready and not because he was “busy” like he said, he did not even have the courage to look at me and tell me in my face that he messed up. Finally, i would not recommend this salesperson not even to my worst enemy, he is very irresponsible and a big liar! I gave one star on the review because thats the lowest i could give but in reality he deserves 0!

POTENTIAL BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! If you plan to purchase a car make sure you purchase quickly. My husband had his heart set on a car but wanted his own financing through a reputable lender. When he used the dealerships lender they returned with7% interest. My husband received 3% based on his credit rating and money in the bank. My husband ignored the 7% that they tried to give him and placed almost $6000 down on the vehicle to let the dealership know that he was a serious buyer. They knew that it would take time to get the loan from the bank. They gave him a bill of sale Sept1st. By Sept 6th we learned that they sold the car. They did not call to notify us and now they are slowing their feet to give us our money back…. It did not take time to take our money so why is it taking time to get our money back? My husband called 7 times as he was told our money would be returned on Thursday, now they won’t answer his calls! We need our money back as we need to find another car ! No need to even speak to us NOW JUST RETURN OUR MONEY!!!BEWARE THIS PLACE IS SOMETHING ELSE!!!
