13 of us just spent 3 days at Tippy Dam and it was a great time! Beautiful camp sites! Great fishing for the whole family. It was rustic without the showers but we were having so much fun, it didn’t even matter! Thank you for a wonderful time.

One of the nicest rustic campgrounds in the state. Very safe, clean, quiet. DNR monitors the boat launches and grounds quite regularly, officers very friendly and helpful.

So we are at Tippy Dam Recreation Area Campground . Beautiful sites. Clean and well cared for. But... the reservation list is not kept up to date and directions for check in are unclear. We now have to break down and leave because whoever runs this did not do their job. 😡. So frustrating!
