There shipping is an absolute joke, they deliberately lie to you about arrival times they know nothing about. There customer service is pathetic and I will not be doing business there again.

Disappointing....I have purchased over the last 25-30 years, numerous parts from Jegs, always good to work with. But last week I tried to purchase a Michelin Cup 2 set of tires and noticed they had a "price match guarantee" so i filled out the website where i had found the tires for around $70 less per tire, submitted the order 3 times and each time the had a different excuse why they couldn't honor the price match...."my" website would work, competitor tires were below "MAP" blah blah blah....wound up using Discount Tire, the matched the cost of the tires and shipped them out! just bummed cause Jegs has always came through in the past....

There was a car accident on wendsday and it severed telecommunication wires in a box. It has affected multiple businesses in the area. I need a part that is at there Delaware location but can't get it until there system's are back up. I have been in there several times and they told me to try back Monday
Best way is to call them and they can either do a physical gift card mailed to you or an electronic gift card.
They are just stupid busy and don't have a good phone system to handle it. Most phone people are working from home now too.

Typically they are in stock for those. Its better to call them so they can put their hands on them and pull them for you.
Jegs sell parts only they dont do service
If you are purchasing racing tires the retail store can dismount and mount the tires as long as they are off of the vehicle.

Best to call. But sometimes the tech support/counter sales are clueless.
Depends on your car but the bigger "main" warehouse is in Delaware, OH (30 miles north of Columbus, if they have the part there they can get it to the store the next day. Keep in mind though some catalog items ate drop shipped (shipped directly from manufacturer). Jegs and its arch enemy SummitRacing are about equal as far as stock on hand in their warehouses and pricing. It would be more convenient though if the Jegs warehouse in Delaware had a show room, I would just go there directly in most all cases. I believe this location was the original warehouse and now functions as both to supply the front store as well as a backup for the main warehouse.
No. Jegs sells automotive performance parts. Not sure what a "4 in ball home" is but I suspect you are referring to something non automotive like a check valve for a home (Home depot type item) or something for a camper (also not a Jegs thing)
