Rosati windows provided a good sales experience, and installation experience. After having a HORRIBLE experience with another company for my windows, I chose Rosati to do my patio door. When I purchased the door they told me it would be august, and that it was not a matter of waiting for the door, but rather a matter of having installers to put it in because they were so backed up. I think he had it backward. We waited on the product to be finished and they were about a month later than expected. Once it arrived, they had it installed within a week. However, that's just how it is right now so I can't blame them too much. The installers were very professional and I was impressed with the quality of care they had for my home. I mean, they put drop cloths everywhere, shop vac'd everything and I left before they were totally finished and when I came back I would've never known they were here. The door quality is excellent. I regret not having Rosati do my windows but I will certainly be using them in the future.

Just went to visit the show room to see some exterior doors and half expected to be attacked by a sales person with high pressure. None of that. We were greeted by a friendly receptionist who put us in touch with a knowledgeable salesman, Dan, who showed us a few things, educated us a bit on different materials and why one makes sense over another, told us about the warranty, products they manufacture and what is not. Invited us to look around, gave us his card and said give me a call if I can help and then let us be. We will very likely make our purchase with these folks.

We do actually replace the screen cloth at no cost for a period of ten years. After 10 years there is a small nominal cost to replace screen cloth. Thanks. Mike Rosati.

The actual screen frame is warranted for as long as you own the house. The screen material will be repaired at no cost for the first 10 years provided you drop the screens off at the factory. After 10 years there is a small charge of $15.00 per screen. Thanks, Mike Rosati.

They have frosted windows not sure about just replacement glass. Really great company to deal with.
Rosati will replace glass in a window IF it was installed by them. If your window is not a Rosati window you can find several glass shops that will replace your broken glass.
