Ohio Power Tool

Back in October 2021 I placed an order an got all but one item. I was given different dates but at the beginning of the year I was told that it was gonna take 6 to 7 months till OPT would got it back instock. I asked if I could cancel and get my money back for that one item, and they said yes, but that never happened and the person I spoke/E-Mailed to stopped replying to E-Mails. I made attempts to contact OPT after the fact and never heard back... It's been 10 months, almost a full year. The Item is now back instock. I never got my money back and if I was supposed to get the item, I've never gotten it.

I have been going to Ohio Power Tool for sometime. I go because the employee Ian has helped so much with answering questions honestly and directly. I take is word to heart when it comes to recommendations and always applying safety FIRST... Always looking out for my best health. Thank-you IAN for you knowledge and attention to my needs... You’d be better off buying your tools from Home Depot rather than Ohio Power Tool… I say this because I had to call Milwaukee myself just to get the hardware I was missing for my new trimmer I purchased from Ohio Power Tools more than a month ago! I was told I would receive info on the hardware I was missing, a week passed and I yet to hear anything from “Thomas”(who supposedly was the only one to work with my order since it was already in progress as the other workers said so I understood and waited) I called and asked what I needed to do to get the hardware for my trimmer but Thomas was on lunch and they said I would receive a call from him after he returned from lunch, Guess what, to this day of the leaving this review, I’ve yet to hear anything back from Ohio Power Tool(Thomas) so I called Milwaukee myself and was able to easily get my hardware shipped to me, (Thank goodness for someone doing their job😮‍💨) It’s shame I will never send anyone to Ohio Power Tool now because of this experience I’ve had.
