Excellent customer service! they gave me a price over the phone and was the same when I walked in. paid upfront. they had order the screen. Took phone drop off was ready a few hours later. Replaced Samsung s20 plus LCD screen. Works awesome and clean installation. Thank you!

They damaged my screen while replacing my battery, also now my phone camera wont work when facing forward, and then refused to address it. The drop with Emily was great. I was getting a battery replacement. But I had called ahead and they quoted me $50. When I got there it was actually $60. Then when I picked up my phone it had a discoloration in the right corner and a little up top. They refused to address it. Said it must have already been there which it was not. The girl behind the counter didn’t listen when I told her it was a battery replacement not a screen replacement. Had to tell her three times. So she was not a good listener. She also told me it had to have been like that before they fixed it, essentially telling me I was lying. Then they said the only way they could help me was to put my old battery back in and give me a refund… which is not helpful at all. So they took in my phone to replace the battery and somehow damaged my screen in the process. ALSO damaged my phone camera somehow. Probably because they burned it internally. So now I can’t take photos facing forward. And my photos don’t save when I take them facing me. Don’t go here. They have terrible customer service and refuse to address their mistakes.

5 Stars for good service and even better prices. The market is competitive but I was really happy with what I paid to replace the glass back on my iPhone 8 Plus that somehow shattered inside its case. Granted, I'm pretty familiar with iPhone parts and they definitely did not give an authentic back replacement, however, I've always hated the glass back on the iPhone (due to the aforementioned phantom shattering and how easy it is to break) so I'm happy with the glass-like material they used. They even checked out a jammed home and power button and fixed it. Overall, you get what you pay for. Any other store would've charged upwards of $200 for what I got so I'm super happy. Only took like 2 and a half hours to get my phone back instead of overnight so I'm pretty happy. The employees are also suuuper nice. You can always gauge how you're gonna be treated based on how they answer their phones and I really commend them for how they communicate.
