Room was dirty upon check in. It wasn't dusted and there was a disgusting surprise in the toilet that had been there awhile. Room was also never looked at by housekeeping while we were there. Had to constantly ask for toilet paper and towls. Had to leave garbage out by the door just so it could get taken away. Very poor hotel.

I requested a high floor not near the elevator. We got a room right above the pool. I have never had a room that was so noisy. We we're given a different room, it was quite but not very nice. The beds were hard and the bathtub had a large crack. You had to be careful not to cut your foot. Breakfast was very disappointing. We have been traveling for the last week and this is the worst Holiday Inn we have stayed and the most expensive.

Friendly staff. Comfortable beds/pillows. Great shower pressure. Ability to have the fan on constantly which is must with multiple people in the room. Kids enjoyed the pool. Good breakfast. Great location across the street from the USD Dakota Dome. Rooms not as nice as other Holiday Inn Expresses we’ve stayed at. We could see the into hallway with the door closed since the door didn’t fit the frame correctly, which made hallway noise louder.

Customer service was very welcoming upon check-in but when we arrived up to our king suite the state of the room was quite poor. We were taken aback by the walls and how terrible the tape work had been before painting. The bed was excellent & my husband even commented on how soft the pillows were. We just could not believe how beautiful the exterior and entry was upon arrival and then walk into our suite to find it less than perfect.
