No one can rent places there You have 2 own your place to live there so that cuts down a lot of riff raff

My Daughter and her Husband live there it very nice and quiet. Out of all the parks in town. I'm grateful they live there with my grandchildren. 😁

They don't rent.. You have to buy a home there and pay lot rent

Mecosta County won't let you move anything older that 1980 into the county minimum of 14x70. There is a place in Reed city that you can move in that age of a place though
