A very nice and clean hotel! The bed and pillows were comfortable! The continental breakfast was impressive! The front desk staff was nice! The hotel is in walking distance of a great restaurant. We'll definitely stay here again!

Comfortable. 3 rating for the room was for the heating/cooling unit. Was not responsive and even though it wasn't excessively warm it took hours to cool the room enough to get to sleep. Overall an ok place to stay. It's on me for not requesting a new room....

I booked 4 rooms at this hotel for two night stay, 2 months prior to staying there. I booked king suites with pull out couch’s, when my family and I arrived we were given king rooms with no pullout couch’s. When asking the staff and manager about this we were told that they had no such rooms🤔. We were told they would provide us roll away beds(8 in total needed) With no other options, we excepted that and was told they would provide enough roll aways to accommodate our needs. Well that didn’t happen. We went round and round with the staff and management on the promises that they didn’t keep. We ended up with 2 roller beds and the rest of our family had to sleep on the floor. This was appalling. In addition to that, they charged my credit card multiple times and other family members for the same rooms. It was a total nightmare. After further investigation talking with the person that initially booked our rooms, we were told that our rooms had been downgraded. After all they had done to us and the inhumane treatment we received from the management. They put us out after the first night. This was the worse experience I have every had. During all of the traumatization, other hotel stayers told us they had there rooms taken from them. We believe that because there was a big state track meet in town our rooms were sold from under us. We didn’t want to think this was about race, but after arriving early and wanting to do early checkin and was told nothing was available and come back at 1pm. We return at 1 and still nothing available. So we waited in the parking lot near the front entrance until checkin at 3. During this time we watched multiple ppl check in early who were not of the same race as us. I will be calling the Corporate Office.

We are staying here now and in the beginning the rooms are nice, bed was comfortable and the pool was good BUT if you are the last room on the second floor by the pool don't expect to sleep. It sounds like a heard of elephants non stop. I mean non stop! I don't know if the stairs are directly above it but it's ridiculous. I don't see any sleep in my future. We have two young kids and it was so hard to get them asleep. We have our sound machine blasting and still doesn't even come close to covering it up. If we didn't have the kids we would have left (it's that bad) Also the thermostat in the room doesn't work at all and it's pretty hot. We never get away and I'm disappointed in the experience.
