Honestly, I wish there was a negative star review for this Chipotle. I have been to this location 5 times now. 3 of those times I've left because they are out of basically everything. The other 2 times the rice was hard, the chicken was overcooked, and the service was unbelievably slow. It seems there are always 10+ people working, but 5 to 7 of the employees are closing up shop 2 hours early. I would not recommend this location to anyone. There is one in Maple Grove 10 minutes away. Do yourself a favor, and just go there. Needs new management.

Ran out of chips, all the employees move like snails. Definitely one of the bad chipotles. The food is the only good thing about coming here. And it's the closest one to the house.

Portions we received were not double steak, barely any rice or fajitas. On top of the the food had aluminum foil covering it which was flat inside the bowl.

Was much better last year. Lately they've been nearly an hour behind on mobile orders and they typically aren't entirely correct. It's faster to wait in line even though that's pretty slow too. Also since you can see their whole kitchen it definitely doesn't seem to be the cleanest, burritos have been pretty poorly wrapped lately as well.
