I can’t thank Joe enough for helping me and my son today. I have a 1970 Ford Mustang and found myself stranded at a gas station, in the rain, with a broken Power Steering/Water Pump drive belt. It was :05 to closing, and not only did Joe help me find a suitable substitute belt, he dropped it off personally. 10/10 recommend this Napa store for those of you in the area. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. They didn't have what I needed, but got it for me the next morning. Great location. Gave a four star initially, but it's not this locations fault. I received a new and faulty alternator at Napa. Didn't realize that until it was installed and I was on the road. Staff was eager to make it right, but you can't replace the time of having to reinstall a part. I once received a bad coil pack from Napa too, which ended up costing me a few hundred dollars getting it diagnosed. The first machanic diagnosed it as a bad valve and I almost replaced the vehicle because of it. Bottom line, Napa corporate should watch their brands for bad quality assurance and get rid of brands that tarnish their name. I'm still happy shopping at Napa, for now.
