Store looks clean but the price for the same small ice cream cup is $1.75 in another indian store and its $2.50, margins are way off.

Yes mostly year round. They arrive on Wednesday and Saturday. There are times throughout the year where they become "out of season" due to the prevailing weather conditions.

Do you have Red matta raw rice (short grain) for making payasam (kheer)

They have many grains of rice. I have bought red rice from there and it was a short grain. Not sure if it was matta though. I do know if they do not have what you are looking for, many times they will order for you at request. It's a great store with much better prices than some of the Indian markets in my area and wveryone very friendly.
