Highly recommend! Very professional and courteous. Catherine Breault is top of the line, high class professional. She communicated with me, responded via phone call to ALL of my calls the same day, the next day once when she was in court. Catherine explained everything in detail to me and was very compassionate. I met with Brad on October 9th in Springfield because they have 2 offices.. and as of today I still have not heard back from him or anyone.. I've spoke 3 times to the same gentleman that answers the phone he even said "Brad hasn't called back yet".. at this point I just the paperwork back it cost me 1000$ for 2 court orders for the paperwork plus 50$ for the 2 original death certificates.. even posting a one star review did nothing..
