The Janome America Inc. Website is NOT consumer friendly. Support, Contact Us, always brings me back to square one! How is anyone going to support Janome when the Janome Head Office is inefficient?! My question is "Where in Ontario Canada is the Janome Memory Craft 6300 Professional " sold?!

You need to contact the Janome dealer you purchased it. They should redirect you to Janome tech support to provide help with parts and service

So, I gather that the last two questions on the site have NOT been answered? I'm not surprised. I find that Janome does NOT have good customer service. I have the Janome 10001, which I love, and cannot get it fixed! Dealer does not want to fix it.
