Beautiful resort, top-notch amenities. Convenient to Little Traverse Wheel Way, Petoskey, and Charlevoix. Trees, water features, beautiful club house!

We rented one of the trailers here and have to say, it was an absolutely charm of a place. I can't say I found this area very entertaining, but would return only if we could stay in one of these trailers again. It was clean, and I liked the checklist to ensure we had everything that they promised us and ensure we had everything set up and put away when returning. The fireplace was awesome. The chairs on our porch were so enjoyable with the fountain in the pond. I did enjoy the gate to keep traffic out. And truly enjoyed the staff who were so helpful with the questions we had about the area.

We stayed for two months in our 32’ Grand Design Travel Trailer at Petoskey RV Resort with the Park and Play Fall special. Although we were not at our RV the entire two months, it was a great first experience of “seasonal” time living by leaving it all hooked up (gas and water off upon departure each time) at a resort. Michelle and the crew at Petoskey RV Resort are genuinely friendly and care about their guests. The resort main office is immaculate, as is the club house. Our visit began on the Labor Day holiday, so I had only one visit to the hot tub/pool. Everything was nice and the locker rooms clean. The club house has a nice area to sit and has a fire in a large fireplace (wood provide by the resort); I did not use the other amenities. The resort itself is well maintained; great landscaping, dog park, as well as dog disposal bags and cans around the area – a much appreciated amenity. I will say that once the labor day crush and those renting park homes who like to let their kids run all over the park with no supervision or thought of following rules (riding mini dirt bikes on the grass areas, through un-occupied sites and racing up and down the streets - NOT a fault of the resort or those trying to enforce rules), things were much more relaxed. We enjoyed getting to know our neighbors, the local restaurants, and the resort crew (friends now!). We look forward to returning and calling Petoskey RV Resort and Bay Harbor our home.

They are open from May 1 - Oct 31. Beautiful RV resort though.
Nice showers and restrooms. Pretty much glamping...
We were there a couple weeks ago. With Good Sam membership, we paid $70 per night.
