Actually the issues stem from the local community. See the City actually rejected the Cannabis industry but Lume Cannabis Co. has worked out with locals and the local Native Americans who own a lot of the town land and they have been fighting tooth and nail to open but get delays after delays due to inspections and other hassles from the local government. That is the main reason
