The doctor I was seeing left the practice so when I went to make an appointment I had to choose a new doctor. I was asked who I wanted for my new doctor so I said "no preference". Unfortunately, that's not an option. The lady on the phone quickly listed off the names of every doctor and I had to choose one. Annoying, but whatever. When I went to my appointment, I was greeted with numerous signs telling me to wear a mask and Covid this, Covid that, as if we were still in 2020. Another annoyance, but okay, it's a medical office, so whatever. The first "greeting" I had from the lady at the front desk was "here" as she handed me a mask. Okay, I get it. I had to repeat my name twice (what with the mask and all) and she finally found my information. Then I was asked to fill out a new patient form. I protested, claiming that I was, in fact, an existing patient, as was evident by my patient record on her screen. When she insisted that I had to fill it out again, I just left. I liked my old doctor and the place is close enough to me, but it's nothing special and the facility itself is old and depressing. Not worth the hassle.

I've been going here for 20 years and even though I moved further away and drive 35 minutes I will keep coming to Mansfield Family Practice. The longest I ever had to wait was maybe 5 minutes. Very nice staff. I highly recommend.

Hi Sandra Our website has the links for telehealth. mfpstorrs.com Scroll down on the first page. There is a sentence that states "If you have an appointment scheduled for telemedicine CLICK HERE" From there you will choose the provider. It will take you to their virtual waiting room. Please be patient as the provider signs into your visit.
Call the office and ask.
